  • Allow the uploader to submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.

3. Counter Notification Process: If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Identification of the material removed and its original location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

4. Repeat Infringers: We may terminate access for users who are found to repeatedly violate copyright policies.
